The Deck Medic® LLC services is a process that cleans, preserves, and seals your exterior wood surfaces consisting of:

Step 1: Power wash all contracted wood surfaces
Step 2: Light sanding of flat surfaces
Step 3: Staining of all washed surfaces to preserve and seal.

If the deck is moldy or very dirty, a hot wash is recommended versus using chemicals. All cleaning products are environmentally friendly and biodegradable.
